“Kalimera Kefalonia”

Have you always wanted to keep in touch with your favorite island? Have you tried to find ways to learn about the latest news and interesting facts about Kefalonia? Then look no further we have a great solution: ‘Kalimera Kefalonia’, the podcast about and from Kefalonia.

Every two weeks your hosts, Marina and Ion, broadcast a new show from their studio in Argostoli. The show is in English so that everyone can listen and understand it. In each episode, the two presenters cover a different topic of interest. So for instance, one episode may be about the island’s wineries, while another may be about outdoor activities. The hosts discuss practical tips and local knowledge and keep the conversation short and sweet.

There are also some episodes, where the presenters invite guests into the studio to share their expertise and local knowledge, adding to the theme of the episode. Always at the end of each episode, there is a short Greek lesson. Three Greek words related to the theme of the program are introduced to the listeners.

“Kalimera Kefalonia” is the first podcast about a Greek destination. It’s a great opportunity to connect with existing fans of the island and new guests. All episodes will remain permanently on the podcast portal, allowing listeners to follow up on selected topics.
