On the southwest coast of Kefalonia and near Argostoli, the village of Svoronata is located between the fertile valleys and hills of the Livathos area. The village has retained much of its old charm thanks to the narrow winding streets and colorful gardens. There are a variety of villas for rent with pools for luxury vacations, which are scattered in the surroundings, surrounded by extensive olive groves and gardens.
The location of Svoronata is just a few minutes from the airport. So, if your stay is in the village, once you reach the island and have left your suitcases you can be on the beach in record time.
Within 5 minutes drive you will find 3 sandy beaches : Ammes, Abythos and Ai Heli. At a distance of 10 minutes are the fantastic beaches of Lassi, such as the beaches of Platys Gialos and Makris Gialos where you will also find many taverns and restaurants with the lively atmosphere of a tourist resort.
Nearby charming villages Spartia and Pesada will also find beautiful small bays and beaches. There you will even find a “shoeless” beach. Indeed, you should take off your shoes before entering the beach!
